Our Story
Indra Air was formed as a joint venture between MK Aviation, high value industry stakeholders and Goldstone, India on the heels of the once in a generation UK India Trade Agreement to fulfil the market requirements in this part of the world whether that be in aircraft placement, private charters, consultancy, direct operations, technological joint ventures, industry workforce training and aviation infrastructure development.

Sarvesh Dahivadkar
Sarvesh Dahivadkar is an enterprising professional with a background in commerce, holding a degree in Banking & Finance. His ability to merge strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight makes him well-positioned to navigate and grow in the highly competitive and regulated aviation sector.

Mark Baker
Mark Baker has over 20 years of experience in Aviation deal structuring, project finance, and project execution. As lead consultant, he has successfully taken 2 airlines from concept through to financing, asset procurement, gaining AOC; and delivering each of them in to operational status.

Paul Scully is a former UK Member of Parliament and Government Minister has served across a broad range of relevant ministerial portfolios, including Aviation and Innovation and as UK trade envoy to a number of key target markets.

Ben Everitt is a former Big Four strategy consultant who specialised in structural finance, performance optimisation and inward investment. He is a former Member of Parliament and a graduate of the Royal College of Defence Studies.

Mark Hemmann
Mark Hemmann is a specialist in structured finance and aviation, and brings to bear decades of relevant experience. He is one of only a few people in the world with tenures at a top-five airline, a top-five aviation bank, and the then largest independent aviation leasing company in the world. Hence, he readily bridges the worlds of capital finance with aviation.

Az Chowdhury is an experienced, well-regarded, and connected global lobbyist with noted experience in international jurisdictions. He is a former senior advisor to British Prime Ministers and a Chief Minister in a high profile Birish Overseas Territory. From 2022 - 2023, Az served as the Global Trade Envoy for His Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar.

Christopher Piggott is a highly regarded well-rounded leader in the utility and commercial aviation sector with 30+ years of strategic business development, team leadership, accounts/finance, change management, aircraft sales, operation/logistics and maintenance experience in rapidly developing economies.
